I run a website on Falcoda, using home package, but the option to edit sub domains has gone. Please help!

I have already setup some using the hosting console previously, but it was updated and now the link is gone.

I found that you can use web.hostingconsole.info/sub-domains.cgi , but it says I can have 0 sub domains and I currently have -5 left.

On the home package it says you have unlimited. Is this a problem with mine only, or is this up with everybodys?
